Well, folks, it looks like the horror genre is about to get a little more interesting! Lionsgate has officially acquired ‘Portrait of God,’ a horror film directed by Dylan Clark that’s making waves after Universal decided to pass on it. Now, you might be wondering, what’s the deal with this film? Why should we be excited? And who is this Chase Infiniti character anyway?
Let’s break it down. ‘Portrait of God’ is actually based on a viral short film of the same name that Dylan Clark created. You know, the kind of short that gets shared more than cat videos on social media? Yes, that’s the one! So, it’s safe to say that Clark has already captured some attention, and now he’s ready to bring his vision to the big screen. And let’s be honest, who doesn’t want to see a horror film that started as a viral sensation? It’s like watching your favorite meme get turned into a blockbuster – except with more jump scares and probably some creepy music.
Now, let’s talk about the star of the show, Chase Infiniti. If you’re not familiar with this name yet, don’t worry; you’re not alone. But with a name like that, how can you not be intrigued? I mean, who wouldn’t want to watch a horror movie starring someone with a name that sounds like they should be driving a luxury car? Infiniti is stepping into the spotlight, and we’re all here for it. Whether they’ll be the heroic type or the character who trips while running from the killer remains to be seen, but I have my popcorn ready!
Adding to the excitement, we have two legendary producers on board: Sam Raimi and Jordan Peele. Yes, you read that right! Sam Raimi, the mastermind behind the ‘Evil Dead’ franchise, and Jordan Peele, the genius behind ‘Get Out’ and ‘Us.’ When you combine these two horror heavyweights with a fresh talent like Dylan Clark, you know you’re in for a wild ride. It’s like mixing peanut butter and chocolate – two great tastes that taste great together, but with way more blood and screaming.
So, what can we expect from ‘Portrait of God’? While the details are still under wraps, the blend of Clark’s unique vision, Infiniti’s potential star power, and the expertise of Raimi and Peele suggests we’re looking at something that could redefine horror for a new generation. Fingers crossed it doesn’t end up being another one of those “so bad it’s good” films. We’ve had enough of those to last a lifetime!
In conclusion, as ‘Portrait of God’ makes its way to Lionsgate, it’s clear that the horror community has something to look forward to. Whether you’re a fan of jump scares, psychological thrillers, or just enjoy the occasional movie night with friends while screaming at the screen, this film might just be the ticket. So, keep your eyes peeled and your popcorn ready, because Chase Infiniti and Dylan Clark are about to take you on a horror journey you won’t want to miss! And who knows, maybe it’ll become the next cult classic that everyone talks about at parties. Just remember to keep the lights on!
